Colourising Images
Step 1- Get your black and white image, I'm using this one (the image on the left is
the original).
Step 2- Select the lasso tool and enlarge the image, this way you can see the image better and it is
easier to work with.
Step 3- Now using the lasso tool select the area, I'm doing the lips first. To select add areas hold
down Shift while selecting and to take areas
out hold down Alt.
Step 4- Go to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance.
Step 5- When the window comes up change the colour values to the colors you want. You can change both the
Shadows and Midtones.
Step 6- Now I'm going to do the skin, I do it the same way as above.
Step 7- Now do the rest of the image like in steps 2-5 but with your new selections. It's should look a little
like this once your done.
