Scanlines


Step 1- Open up a new canvas, make it 2px by 2px.



Step 2- Go to Navigator and enlarge the image as much as you can.



Step 3- Now go to your pencil tool, and set it to 1px



Step 4- Using the pencil tool draw this on the canvas.



Step 5- Now go to Edit > Define Pattern..

Step 6- Now go to the image your are about to use mine is this



Step 7- Create a new blank layer on top of the image you are going to use

Step 8- Now go to the paint bucket and change foreground to pattern and choose the pattern you have just made.



Step 7- Now fill the blank layer with the paint bucket. Change the layer to Overlay (optional) and change the opacity (optional)
