Two Toned Images


This is the image I am going to use:


Method 1


Step 1: Open up you image and create a new black layer over your image, like so:



There will now be a blank layer above the image layer, as so:



Step 2: Now fill the layer what ever colour you want by using the paint bucket tool and then set the layer to colour.



The result will be something like this:



Method 2

Step 1: Open up you image and make it black and white by going to: Image > Adjustments > Desaturate.



Your image will now be back and white, like so:



Step 2: Create a new blank layer above the image by clicking the square icon.



Step 3: Now fill the top layer to what ever colour you like.



Your finished product should look like something like this:
